A wonderful reminder for women EVERYWHERE!

Like most moms, Mariah Herrera gained some weight during her pregnancy. When she went to weigh herself in the hospital after having her child, she found a note posted above the scale that read “This scale will ONLY tell you the numerical value of your gravitational pull. It will NOT tell you how beautiful you are, how much your friends and family love you, or how amazing you are!!”

This is the second time ive sceen this in the docyors office and I LOVE IT. SERIOUSLY these should come with every scale! Completly changes how i feel about stepping on the scaleπŸ’™ especially becuase i know im working on myself. P.s im down 47 pounds sence childbirth😍😍😍😍😍😍 . . . . . . . . . #justanumber #workingonmyself #selflove #selfcare #girlswhoworkout #scale #postpartum #postpartumbody #love #bodypositive #pushingtobebetter

Plus, she’s just awesome:

This is how my workout happened this morning. In my pajamas. With a baby strapped on. Because he's a turd this morning. I am sweaty. I am wobbly. But I did it. Because I am determined to be a better version of myself I'm determined to get my body back and I'm determined to be an inspiration to my son as he grows up. That being said I'm going to go take a shower and Probably a nap. Life is all about balance people.πŸ˜…πŸ’πŸ’πŸ’ . . . . #postpartumbody #momasboy #dontquit #staystrong #believeinyourself #bodypositive #inspiration #loveyourself
