Robert Downey Jr. Dressed as Tigger for a Boy with Cystic Fibrosis

A woman named Vicky Keyte reached out to Downey last week on social media, to tell him about her 7-year-old son Daniel, who has cystic fibrosis.  He’s also a huge “Iron Man” fan.

Daniel has been having a tough time lately, with hospital stays and mean kids at school.  And he got really down when one of the kids told him that “all children with CF die.”

And here’s how Robert Downey Jr. responded:  He sent Daniel a picture of himself in a TIGGER COSTUME, along with the following message:

“Mr. Stark here.  This is for Daniel, who was having a rough day recently.  When I’m in the dumps, I’ve found this little getup to be helpful.  P.S. Would you like to come to the L.A. premiere of ‘Captain America:  Civil War’ as my guest?  If so, have your people call my people.  All the best.”

So Daniel is going to the premiere, and he even got fitted for a tux, because his mom says he wants to, quote, “fit in like a real star.” (Here’s video of how excited Daniel got after he received Downey’s reply.)
