Paul Walker is to blame for his own death says car maker
Car maker Porsche says actor Paul Walker is to blame for his own death in a horrifying crash in November 2013.
The car company has replied to a wrongful death lawsuit filed by Walker’s daughter, saying that Walker’s “death, and all other injuries or damages claimed, were the result of [his] own comparative fault.”
Meadow Walker filed the wrongful death lawsuit against Porsche in September, claiming that when the Carrera GT that Paul and driver Roger Rodas were driving in, crashed and broke apart, Paul’s seat belt “snapped” his torso back with thousands of pounds of force, breaking his ribs and pelvis, and thereby trapping him in the vehicle.
Meadow claims the fire didn’t erupt for 1 minute and 20 seconds after impact, with Paul helplessly trapped. She believes that her father was still alive when the fire broke out.
