Pepsi pulls controversial Kendall Jenner ad, says it ‘missed the mark’
Pepsi pulled their ad with Kendall Jenner pulled after huge backlash. People are calling it the “Black Soda Matters” campaign.
“Pepsi was trying to project a global message of unity, peace and understanding,” the company said. “Clearly we missed the mark, and we apologize.”
It said it was “removing the content and halting any further rollout.”
They also apologized to Jenner for putting her “in this position.”
