Documentary Screening

FEBRUARY 10 – At 7 pm, the North American Black Historical Museum, 277 King St., Amherstburg, will host the Workers History Museum and a screening of “Simply the Best”, a documentary of the life and times of James Calbert Best. Cal Best, from New Glasgow, Nova Scotia, co-founded the Public Service Alliance of Canada. He went on to become a senior government official and Canada’s first Black High Commissioner.
