Taking Steps Against Breast Cancer

SEPTEMBER 23 – The Canadian Cancer Society’s “Taking Steps Against Breast Cancer” 1K or 5K Community Walk or Run will take place at Point Pelee National Park. Registration opens at 8am; runners start at 10am.
This annual event provides an opportunity to join the fight against breast cancer, celebrate survivors and remember those who have lost their lives to this disease. All proceeds will go towards breast cancer research through the Canadian Cancer Society.
Event is also open to well-behaved dogs on a leash who wish to accompany their responsible owner/family. Pink spirit Pet Award. Park entrance fees are included with your registration as well as t-shirt, food, beverages and entertainment.
