The New Season Of The Bachelorette Has Some Changes!
The Bachelorette is getting a shakeup none of us expected. ABC has had to cast a new lead for season 16!
Original Bachelorette Clare Crawley is said to have found love with one of the contestants during the off-weeks.
Roughly two weeks into filming, production came to a halt. We are told that we will still see the weeks with Clare when Season 16 airs.
She has been replaced with Tayshia Adams. This was *somewhat* revealed in the first official promo for the show.
Tayshia comes from Season 23 of the Bachelor (Colton Underwood‘s season).
It features Clare appearing to prepare for an interview, however the lights being out alluded to her being replaced.
Some of the men were recast as well. There will be 42 contestants and of that list, 25 were new names and 17 stayed from the original contestant pool.
Of course, Matt James has also been removed from the contender list, since he’s been cast as the next Bachelor.
There is no announcement on the premiere date for season 16 of The Bachelorette. It was expected to air in late September/early October.
