Mix Mornings with Jay & Tori

Matter of fact, they’ve shared that 5,000 new projects can be expected in the future.

They shared this with us during their “Investors Day” presentation yesterday.

We won’t break down all 5,000 projects, but we’ve compiled some of the hits you should be excited about:

1.  “Indiana Jones 5”

IT’S HAPPENING. It was rumored, pitched, shot down, vamped up, brought back…BUT IT’S HAPPENING.

And Harrison Ford WILL be back in his title role!

It’s due in theaters in July of 2022.

2. There will be TEN New “Star Wars” Series

This includes “Lando“, but we do not know if Donald Glover or Billy Dee Williams are involved yet.

There are also two “Mandalorian” spin-offs, with one called “Ahsoka”, centered around Rosario Dawson’s character.

Additionally, while we already knew that Ewan McGregor would be starring in “Obi-Wan, Disney announced that Hayden Christensen will return to play Darth Vader. It’s called “the rematch of the century” by Lucasfilm.

3. New Marvel Movies AND Shows!

It was only a matter of time before Samuel L. Jackson got his own show. It’s called “Secret Invasion”

And we can’t leave out Don Cheadle, who will star in “Armor Wars”.

Among the movies, they announced that there will be another attempt to remake“Fantastic Four”.

Thankfully, they also confirmed that there will be no digital dupe or recast for Chadwick Boseman for “Black Panther 2” and instead will focus on other characters. This is coming July 2022.

4. Chris Evans Will Play Buzz Lightyear!

Perhaps our favorite of all the announcements is this one.

Chris Evans will be replacing Tim Allen in Buzz Lightyear origin story movie!

He commented on the news yesterday and even shared a little preview:

5. Disney Will Be Upping It’s Price By $1 in March

Just one little small note.

There were many other things announced that should excited TV/movie fans. Check out this sizzle reel to see more of what’s coming:
