Hulu Commits To “How I Met Your Father” Spin-Off Starring Hilary Duff!
We’ve gotten official word that Hulu has handed ‘How I Met Your Mother’ spinoff a straight-to-series order, meaning that there will be AT LEAST 10 episodes.
We also know that Hillary Duff has already been cast!
Duff will star as Sophie who is telling her son the story of how she met his father. Just like in the OG, the show will look back in time at how Sophie and her group of friends were figuring out who they are while living in New York City.
We don’t have any word on WHEN this will happen, but it’s great to hear that after years of this being talked about, it’s happening!
