So this happened in downtown Windsor yesterday. In the alley behind Royal Windsor Terrace a portion of the alley collapsed into an underground electrical transformer room. Around 500 people were without power for a bit but the main thing is, NO INJURIES! Traffic lights could be down this morning at many downtown intersections.

CAT CUSTODY CWESTION

Whose side are you on here? It’s a tough one: Back in 2013, a woman in Wichita, Kansas named Carol Holmes adopted a black-and-white cat, and named him Bob. Then a year later, he wandered off and vanished.

Now almost a decade later, Bob just turned up 1,200 miles away in North Carolina. But his name is Maui now.

Some people think Carol should get him back. Others think Alexandra should get to keep him, because she’s had him a lot longer at this point. What do you think?
