Major League Baseball kicked off the remainder of the season last week and stadiums are introducing new ways to keep energy alive during the games. Some have implemented simulated cheering, some are pumping in miscellaneous audio.

Well, in order to maintain some normalcy, MLB mascots are continuing to circulate the stadiums. Not only does this keep the mascot employed, this also adds some real movement to the stadiums. Plus, the mascots are certainly masked up with their costumes.

Check out some of our favorite mascots in action here.

On top of this, Tom Hanks is doing his part to keep the baseball spirit alive by recording himself hawking classic baseball game favorites, like hot dogs, peanuts and scorecards, for the club to play over the stadium’s speakers during games.

Tom Hanks is also paying homage to his first job as a concession kid at the A’s Coliseum.
