Unfortunately, when the news of Prince Phillip‘s passing came out Friday morning, Meghan Markle‘s name was trending right alongside it.

The biggest question people had: “will Prince Harry and Meghan be at the funeral?”

Of course, people are curious about this because of their recent departure from life as working Royals.

Many believe that the couple’s tell-all interview with Oprah that aired on March 7th was the nail in the coffin for their relationship with the Royal Family, with lots of shocking details of their life while living in Buckingham Palace coming to light.

One of the most prominent revelations: Meghan’s comments on certain members of the Royal Family questioning the potential darkness of their son Archie’s skin.

Many have speculated that when the couple referenced this person, they were possibly talking about Prince William, Prince Charles, or Prince Phillip.

However, Harry has since commented saying that he was in touch with his grandmother Queen Elizabeth and grandfather Prince Charles.

Despite all the recent drama, Harry has already returned back to the U.K. for his grandfather’s funeral arrangements.

Meghan will NOT return, as she was instructed by her doctor that it would not be safe for her as she is pregnant.

As usual, any time their is Royal Family news, British tabloids use the opportunity to slander Prince Harry and Meghan.

At the end of it all, Harry is with his family to grieve, not to stir up more drama. Why don’t we leave him to do that?

The Queen has approved a ceremony adapted from the plan the Duke of Edinburgh consented to years ago to respect pandemic restrictions.
Prince Philip will be laid to rest in a private funeral at St. George’s Chapel in Windsor, in what is known as a “ceremonial royal funeral,” and will not lie in state, according to the arrangements laid out by the Palace to the press.
Prince Phillip’s funeral will be available for viewing this Saturday (April 17th) at 10am EST (3pm BTS).
