WATCH: Puppy Interrupts Weather Report

A weather reporter in Washington, D.C., named Bob Barnard was reporting on the icy conditions . . . when an adorable puppy came running up to him in the middle of the street.  He picked up the pup and held onto it until the owner came to get it.
